9:30-10:30am Yoga Basics
Learn the postures that make up the foundation of yoga. Great for beginners, those returning to yoga after a lapse or injury and anyone who wants to keep their practice sweet and simple!
Class is offered June -August of each year
9-10am All Levels Flow at Training Personally
A slower, softer approach to Vinyasa
Bring some heat to the body followed by a slow stretch and clearing of the mind
