Monday

7-8pm Restorative Yoga

  • Relax and unwind with seated and reclined postures supported by props, soothing music and essential oils

  • Class is offered in 6 week sessions throughout the year

  • Class limited to 11 participants – sign up for a full session to reserve your space!

Friday

9:30-10:30am Yoga Basics

  • Learn the postures that make up the foundation of yoga. Great for beginners, those returning to yoga after a lapse or injury and anyone who wants to keep their practice sweet and simple!

  • Class is offered June -August of each year

 

Sunday

9-10am All Levels Flow at Training Personally 

  • A slower, softer approach to Vinyasa

  • Bring some heat to the body followed by a slow stretch and clearing of the mind

  • Class is offered year-round
